RETURNS
For online orders you have 7 days from receiving your item to change your mind. AnaNichoola will offer a full refund minus postage costs. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Please note that refunds can only be issued if the item is returned in a saleable condition, that is unworn, undamaged and with labels attached.

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order before you have received it, please contact AnaNichoola immediately. If your order has been dispatched you will be responsible for the postage costs.

REPLACEMENTS
To swap an item you are responsible for the return postage costs for the original item, but AnaNichoola will take on postage costs for standard UK deliveries for the new item. Replacements must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item.

FAULTY GOODS
AnaNichoola strive to offer premium products that have undergone strict quality controls. If you receive a faulty item that is not fit for use you will be fully reimbursed by AnaNichoola, including postage costs. A replacement may also be requested. Faulty goods do not apply to items that have been damaged by long term use and wear and tear, not to items that have been damaged in a crash. Faulty goods do not apply to items that have not been cared for in accordance to the care instructions. In circumstance of items not meeting our faulty goods criteria no refund will be issued.

AnaNichoola appreciate feedback and any faulty goods will be examined as to determine the cause.

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds and/or replacements.

AVAILABILITY
Unavailable stock will be displayed online. In case of an order being placed where item is unavailable, AnaNichoola will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order.

All products will be dispatched standard class within 1-4 working days of order.
